Gap Technologies, Inc. is looking for web designers to create/enhance our web sites.

 
If you are interested in this position:
   
  1) Read the qualifications below. Please answer honestly -- this saves both you and Gap Technologies, Inc. from having to attend an interview if you do not meet the qualifications.
 
2)Send an e-mail with your coverletter to: internships@collegevote.com.
 
3)Tell us one thing you would change on either the www.collegevote.com or OnlineCourseEvaluations.com websites.
   
 
The qualifications for a successful candidate are:  
   
 
Can commit for 3 months
-OR-
Can commit for 6 months
A) Able to work 12-15 hours per week
B) Want to learn the difference between effective web sites and ineffective web sites
C) Understand that this is an unpaid internship.
D) Comfortable with HTML
E) Good at taking feedback from co-workers..
F) Have a desire to sell online voting systems to college/university leaders
G) Willing to read 20-40 pages a month on some aspect of web design
H) Comfortable using Dreamweaver.
I) Understand that you will be using PHP and CSS.
J) Understand that we will NOT be using Flash, C++, Asp, Frames, Java, or Javascript.
K) If you are an international student, check with your advisor BEFORE submitting your resume to ensure that you are able to take the internship.
